Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It can be easy to miss that the date and time in the app bar is pretty old, and that you're looking at outdated weather information.

Describe the solution you'd like
Inform the user about this in the UI when it happens.

Additional context (optional)
I had this idea for the weather widget in #275 (comment), and I thought that there's no reason not to have this in the app itself too.
