LSST can survey to a 20 degree altitude. Push north would increase the overlap with the 15,000 sq degree survey of Euclid. Pushing to dec +30 degrees with the Euclid bounds in Galactic
latitude (|b| > 20) and Ecliptic Latitude (|b| > 15) would maximize the overlap.

Very nice, Andy! Looking at your PR in #531 now.

Does 1% of the observing time make it a "mini survey"? Also, by how much would the overlap increase with this additional proposal? From 50% to X%? Could be nice to add these flourishes to the now-visible markdown file.
