Fix the links on the release page #733

None of the release document link works on the release page.

Could you please fix the link so that one can click on the link and view the document.

Maybe it would be a good idea to use undescore in the file name instead of spaces.

Currently the links are broken:

I think the LIS team will fix these links soon.
Meanwhile you may please go to this URL and click download to get the release doc.
