How to make a JAR for openHAB 2.5.7 #4

I was able to get this running with openHAB 2.5.7.

To do this I bumped org.openhab.addons.reactor to 2.5.7 in pom.xml, then ran mvn package, copying the jar from target to the addons folder.

In addition I had to add the following JARs to the addons folder:

documenting this here since it wasn't immediately apparent from the README.md
