Enhancements to filter #1721

Would like to change the filter to be more user friendly.

It should slide in/out from the right side when click on filter.
Should be pinned until the filter bar is clicked in. (Animate the transition to slide in/out)
Provide a reset button.
IF possible, make the buttons multi selectable rather than single.
