Implement vishraams

Vishraams are part of verse table in BaniDB. Vishraams denote pause in the reading, ie. they tell the reader to take a pause and reflect. They are most commonly donated through the use of gradients, different color or commas. We need to provide a configuration option to inject commas in the text. This option should be available as a toggle.
