Modify Transport Rules

It would be great to be able to modify transport rules within cipp.
I can definitely see the transport rules, but it doesn't look like they can be directly modified.
But it looks like the closest way to modify the transport rule would be to create a template from the existing rule, then delete the rule, then create a new transport rule with the modifications either based on the template, or manually recreating it with json

I may of course have overlooked something as I am new to cipp.
