Also you're showing the media issues tab but saying errors, what is your problem exactly?

From the media issues, it looks like a number of your epubs have bad internal metadata. You can see our wiki for instructions on how to fix them with calibre (bad epubs is very common).

You might need to reconvert the books to epub as well to fix the issues. Kavita is more strict than other readers so they may open fine on other readers but can have issues in kavita.

Can I use a program or script to detect which EPUB files do not meet the standards, so that I can handle them uniformly?

The logs and that media issues tab will show all the books that have issues. Outside of that I'm unsure.

I've identified two types of errors. One type is related to metadata errors, which might be associated with the metadata of the epub. If you could specify the format issues, I could write a program to select the problematic documents and fix them. The other type is related to DB operations, which shows "There was an issue writing to the DB for Series," suggesting there might be a problem with writing some data to the database.
