Publisher field can't be removed

What happened?

After adding a publisher to a series you can no longer remove the publisher.

What did you expect?

Publisher should be able to be removed

Kavita Version Number - If you don not see your version number listed, please update Kavita and see if your issue still persists.

This is a strange one. If you don't click outside the typeahead, then the removal doesn't save. But if you add a new/existing Publisher without clicking outside the typeahead, it does save.
