[Kavita] Add Matching to Localized Name when searching for Relationships to add

Idea Description

Just added this novel and some relationships.
My idea would be that typing "Watashi no Oshi wa Akuyaku Reijou." would bring up all the entries when searching for a series to add.

This could simplify the workflow a lot (since I don't always remember both names for the series)
