You can use the LSIO image if you don't want to run as root. We removed that ability as it broke some NAS devices. We aren't interested in bringing it back with LSIO available. |

Idea Description
Hi, I am trying to setup Kavita for the first time. Noticed that by default it runs as root. It would be nice to be able to setup a custom user.
Tried to use the env PUID/PGID, but did not work.
Then tried the compose
user
field. It worked. It booted up, but in the logs I see this:When using the root mode, that does not come up. I guess the image is not prepare to run under a different user. Not sure what is the impact of it, but in any case it would be nice to be able to get it working fine without root user.
