[Kavita] Mark 18+ Manga with Badge / Blur

Idea Description

There was a relativly highly liked Feat that wasnt put here correctly, its about an option to mark 18+ Manga in your Library.

Mangas with an Age Rating of R18+ / Adults Only / X18+ should have the Thumbnail blurred and maybe a like small 18+ banner on the Library Image, if the Server / User has the Setting enabled "Blur Adult Content".

I know that there is another Request open, but thats way different.
The Feat had the Request to still see all Manga and blur based on the exisiting Age Rating.
