[Kavita] Expose full release date for filtering series

Idea Description

Looking to sort searches/smart filters by more than just publication year. Use cases would be for creating master lists of series within your selection sorted by store or cover date (either should work).

Since year was previously only exposed as it was the only consistently filled out item across nearly all series sources, and missing months and days may be fairly common I think it should filter this way:

1. Year - current filter
2. Year/Month if some results contain the month - if result is missing month but majority contain it I propose Jan as the default though since this is arbitrary I think any implementation may work
3. Year/Month/Day if some results contain all 3 data points - Again proposing Jan and this time day 01 for default inserted values when a series is missing one or both pieces.

This would allow for more granularity and a "Release date" catch-all item to sort by when filtering. The default could be a user configured option but I think to make supporting user questions easier having the default defined across the board would be easier for the Kavita team/community.
