Allow users to setup their own 'send to kindle' under user preferences --> Devices

Idea Description

I know this could get messy config wise, but I think putting in the email settings on a per user basis would be helpful. That allows them to control what email is used to send to their device. Those with allowlists setup on kindles won't need to add the server admins email account to their accepted list of emails.

If the kavita server admin does have an email server setup, there could be a toggle switch shown to the user that allows them to just use the email settings provided by the admin. Otherwise they setup their own sending email server settings.
