[Kavita] Ability to turn off Storyline tab as Library setting

Idea Description

As per the title, the ability to turn off the Storyline tab per Library would be ideal.

I understand this generally works well for Manga but for Comics it doesn’t seem as relevant.

As time is going to be spent this year on giving a bit more love for Comics readers I feel like this is a great opportunity to look at how this Storyline tab works in the context of series and volumes in a Comics library.
