Detect setHeader(s) and setVariable(s) prior to the DataMapper step and pre-populate to Parameters

Camel route tells what header/variable is set before DataMapper step and what could be consumed as Parameters. It should also introspect the scope, headers are in theory lost after routing to an other components, and variable has its scope control.
