Initial Major!

All features appear to be working properly.
All image formats load and save properly including mipmaps.
Perhaps slight weirdness with V8U8 when creating lots of tiny thumbnails of them.

Initial Release

Everything loads and saves (limited testing showed this).
Only largest mip level read in for now, then all other levels generated on save as required.
