CUDA is not compatible with shared libraries

I got following warning message when i try to install the niftyreg

CMake Warning at CMakeLists.txt:181 (message):
CUDA is not compatible with shared libraries. Forcing BUILD_SHARED_LIBS to
OFF

CMake Error at reg-test/CMakeLists.txt:16 (message):
The BUILD_TESTING flag is turned OFF

@agathees I am using CUDA 10.x during compilation with NiftyReg. However, please note the CUDA was disabled in NiftyReg. There is issue raised for this: #78 we can only wait once developers will get back to this problem.
