Improvements in table of comparing association measures

THere are two improvements we can do:

1. Have the first column be the name of the measure instead of its type. Type should be second column.
2. Rename some of the measures so that their name is more useful and conveyes more information about the measure. In particular, we should rename:

• SMeasure
• HMeasure
• MMeasure
• LMeasure
• MCR
• RMCD
• PMI
• PA

In general, we should be avoiding abbreviations as much as possible. I can do this PR if you provide some name alternatives for the above! I am not sure what to name them, but something inspired by what they quantify is probably better!

The S/H/M/L measures are named after what the original authors called them, but I guess we can do better 🥇
