Can you give a little more context then "the helper is useless"? Specifically, version of iOS are you using?

I also got a File Not Found error from the helper when I tried to import a shortcut. The failure occurred at the start of the helper shortcut when it creates a folder at ‘/shortcuts/Jellycut Helper’. In my case I didn’t have a ‘shortcuts’ folder so it errored out. I created the shortcuts directory but it still failed. I had to manually update the start of the helper shortcut to point at the new directory. After updating, I was able to import my shortcuts successfully.

Having the same problem. Taking the space out of the dictionary name seems to have solved the problem for me
