I am always frustrated when I do !uwu and Ooga Booga tells me the following:
That command does not exist. Please use !commands for a list of commands, or !help for more information.
Sometimes this can ruin my day, other times I simply start balling. But the main thing that the lack of this feature induces is a pure demonstration of the lack of needed features ooga booga has.

How would the feature work? Describe
Add a description about how the feature would work (e.g. commands, interactions, etc)

I would input the command !sb uwu or !uwu and it would play my favorite UwU soundbyte.

Ooga Booga joins the VC and plays UwU at 200% volume. This should be loud enough to invoke modmails.

I have considered the potential implementation of !thomas, but that would hurt my ears too much. Other solutions I have thought of include but are not limited to !owo, !nani, and !baca
