Update UIMA descriptor on version change

When a component version is changed, only its dependency changes. If the new dependency specifies are descriptor, the descriptor won't match the code.
Thus, update the descriptor and copy the settings. Issue a warning for each parameter which cannot be copied and let the user acknowledge with a key stroke.
