Add translator metadata to posts #85

I believe translators deserve some credit, and this PR gave me the idea of supporting translator fields in the posts metadata.

Perhaps we can add not only the translator name, but a translatorLink and translatorPicture as well too. I believe the hardest part will be editing the template to display this data properly.

Actually, i think we can keep this sort o thing out of Harmonic responsibility.
We already offer a nice way to extend configuration by merging the template config.js file.
So, i vote to keep the issue on ES6Rocks website.
