Borrow and Repay Entrypoints

Hi!

Thanks for this wonderful NuGet packages.

I'm just missing the Borrow and Repay entry points.

I'm trying to open and close orders on the normal spot market using margin. As bybit mentions on the documentation, it needs to execute first borrow API and then after goes with an order.
I don't know if you have any other alternative instead of using these routes.
