I discovered a few problems in the netCDF SpcCoeff files:
- For TROPICS-05 and TROPICS-06, it looks like the frequency got put in the wavenumber spot, and the rest of the variables look off compared to TROPICS-01 and TROPICS-03. 
- TROPICS-07 has the incorrect polarization angles. The rest of the variables seemed consistent with the files for the other satellites (other than TROPICS-05 and TROPICS-06).
