Is there a way to make this mod work with World folder?

What I mean is, per my understanding, the mod works for every "dimension" in the current world folder. So there should be the overworld, the nether and the end. I want to use this mod to be able to jump between 3 world. One is an old map, one is the current map, and the third one is a creative world. So we already have 2 world folder. And again, per my understanding, the inventory isn't shared between the worlds, so that would make things a loooooooot more easier.
is there a way to do this ?
