Hi @lucymk link works great, the only thing now is that the bar that appears below that also takes you to the page seems to have cut off some of the words ( perhaps because its too long?!) and so it currently reads:

Get an injunction if you've been the victim o

Any way of adding the rest/ shortening it to just get an injunction if that isnt possible?

@joannayoungs unfortunately not - this is set by the title of the webpage that the link points to and it's a feature controlled by Crisp, so not something I'm able to edit at the moment (although it's probably a feature they'll introduce at some point in the future, I would imagine). I will chat to them about it and make the point that this does look a bit strange - even adding some "..." if the title was too long would help.
