I'm most interested in the internal culture of the organisation ('vision', 'ethos'), how we do things ('process') and continue to get better ('learning'), and continuing to be involved in the development of an educational model alongside the vision of FAC. I'm also interested in human / user-centred thinking. Things I'm good at:

I'm much more attracted to an internal culture than external culture role. I like running workshops and being involved in meetings, but I don't want to end up being responsible for client / external management or sales. |

At the moment, as its the beginning of our formation, there are no defined roles yet within the organisation. This is something we are in conversation about and for now we have made the decision that we share the roles and each one of us wears 'several hats' so to speak.
However, sooner or later, it would be good to define as a first step or at least have a clear idea on who is interested in what:
