I ❤️ the open-sourcing of the organisation that github provides.
However, I've often found it very hard in github issue discussions to determine at what point a consensus has been reached. In part, I think it's because github issues weren't designed with that purpose in mind.
Options:
We could continue doing what FAC is doing. Discuss issues until they've matured, then make proposals to bring to meetings. I.e. issues are for discussion, and meetings are where consensus happens.
We could consider experimenting using loomio for our business decisions. It's specifically designed for consensus-based decision making.

Lets try loomio! I think @sofer mentioned they tried doing it before but somehow didnt work. Since there not many of us, we could give it a try and if it doesnt work than we can use FAC's method?
