Meeting - agency formation

In the interest of documenting how we set up this coop, for anyone to benefit from in the future, here was the agenda of our first meeting:

1. Me and @bradreeder to summarise history: how this came about, meeting with Outlandish, etc.
2. Go round the group:

• Why do you want to be part of this agency / Why do you choose to stay at FAC?
• What role do you see yourself having?
• What do you feel you are good / bad at?
  Note: this isn't supposed to be an interview-style, sell yourself moment, but rather an opportunity for us to understand what strengths we possess as a group and potentially anything that we lack and should be looking for
• What kind of projects do you want to be working on? and/or What kind of projects do you see this agency taking on?
• When do we need to start work? (each person's availability) Availability #13

3. Membership - open or closed?
4. Name: brainstorm ideas for what we should be called - final decision doesn't need to be made on the day, just get the thought process started

(3 & 4 weren't really discussed. We focused largely on no. 2)

Me on gitter: "The agenda above is largely to find out whether we are all interested in creating the same thing, and have a common goal/direction in mind. The idea is that, by communicating our intent to one another, it should put each individual in a better position to decide whether than are interested in/able to commit to setting up this organisation together."
