[FEATURE REQUEST] - Anilist integration #785
Comments
For 2, there is already a tracking issue #730. For 1, I can build the integration but if need access to your anilist account since I don't use it myself. Would you be willing to share it? |
Yes of course...what do you need about my anilist account? Login credentials? And should I message you that? |
Yeah email them to me. it is in my profile. |
Emailed you with login infos...please check... |
DIdn't receive it. my email is [email protected] |
Closing due to inactivity. @RashikFarhan Feel free to chime in if you have any updates. |
I've sent you email on that address... it's sent 3 days ago... I've mailed you the credentials again... please check spam or trash folder ..its |
I don't think two way sync is a good idea. I am planning to allow sync only from Anilist, i.e., any updates made on Anilist would be reflected on the Ryot side. |
Hello, first off, great project... I'm using it for quiet a while now...
I feel like a feature will be really helpful to organize tracking... That's auto sync between anilist and ryot... It's because anime can be tedious to manually update... I know there's plugin for plex, jellyfin etc sync and also you can import anilist data manually; but there are a lot of other websites to stream anime from... anilist being a big community has plugins for them and also 3rd party extensions to track anime...if the datas in my anilist account auto updates ryot then it'll be really helpful... And also, changing or modifying something in anime on ryot should also change that in anilist... That way there won't be any conflicts...
I hope you consider this feature and work on it if you can...
The other thing is kind of a bonus request...you see, in some online games there is no completion of the game...in those games, and alsoo in offline games, a lot of people care about "hours played"...if you can, please add a hours played count on video games...
Thanks for reading...
