Overview of the Feature Request
As a part of #547 , this issue aims to add a lock icon to restricted files, similar to the feature in the JSF version.

What kind of user is the feature intended for?
All users

What inspired the request?
JSF

What existing behavior do you want changed?
The collection page card should show the lock/unlock icon if the filed is restricted
