OS: Ubuntu 22.04
KLayout: 0.29.8

Expected Behavior

Clean DRC

Actual Behavior

M1.b violations

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

  1. Run KLayout minimal DRC deck on the attached test GDS file (stdcells assembly)
    test_lib.zip
  2. Check 16 violations for the dllr_1 cell
