For mixed-signal designs, we need a MOMCAP in addition to the MIMCAP. The MOMCAP should be supported by:

  • A symbol in Xschem
  • A simulation model for the simulators
  • A pcell in KLayout
  • Support in LVS (proper device recognition)

Hi @hpretl, we don't have MOMCAP device in our PDK, let me check internally if we can support it

ok, we have the development of this device in progress for the internal PDK
