adding more elaborate tutorials

Our neurohackademy group has been working on elaborating the current set of install and quick start tutorials (01*.ipynb and 02*.ipynb in my fork of the repo: https://github.com/rosali920/neuropointillist). We're hoping (if we can get it done in time) to also build an alternative tutorial to the Flournoy tutorial using an open dataset that everyone can access.

Hi Tara,

Can you take a look at our open data tutorial (04_testrest... and example.testretest) in my repo: https://github.com/rosali920/neuropointillist) - since we're using preprocessed but not modeled data, does our Task regressor need to first be convolved with an HRF?
