Description of issue

During a routine attempt to update homebrew with the command brew update && brew upgrade I run onto the following error, which doesn't seem to be reported yet: Error: ```

OS: macOS 13.6.7 (22G720) x86_64
Shell: zsh 5.9
Terminal: WarpTerminal
Homebrew 4.3.0
