In electrostatic and thermal simulations it is fairly common to sweep a variable, say voltage or temperature or something else.
In a sweep, using the solution computed in the previous step can speed things up and sometimes even allow the simulation to converge when it would not if you initialized the solver from scratch. Is there a possibility to provide an initial solution to the solvers?
