Specify roles in policy json statement

Description:
The process for granting access for a resource (e.g view) to a user role involves the below steps:

• Define the policy json statement in policies.json file in the module
• Sync the policy in the App Panel and then map to one or more user roles

Suggested Enhancement
The process for granting access can be further streamlined by specifying the roles in policy statement itself. Once such a policy is synced, the mapping with the specified roles will be done automatically. The policy statement can be a single source of truth. In case a user creates new mapping from the app panel, the policy statement should be auto-updated.
