What is this issue? 🚀

상세뷰에서 메뉴탭의 중간까지 스크롤 한 후 상세뷰를 접어서 요약정보뷰로 바뀌었을 떄 다시 상세뷰로 펼칠 경우 메뉴탭 스크롤 상태가 그대로 중간 포지션에 위치하는 버그를 수정
메뉴판 스크롤 막기(현재 양끝 스크롤만 막은 상태), 메뉴판 영역 수정 필요
