I think this sentence needs clarification and an example:
"However, for approaches that quantify individual isotopomers e.g. stable isotope labelling/flux studies, then each SMF row SHOULD represent a single isotopomers."

Especially, it should be clear how two assays (light / heavy) is reported. Here, reporting multiple rows is imho not the right thing to do.

We decided that support for 2 or more assays via labelled approach is not currently supported in mzTab 1.1-M

ok, thanks for the clarification. so I guess we don't support absolute quant. using labeled standards.
