PWG decoder fails with monochrome pwg from windows 11 (112dpi, custom page size) #170

When I print an image from windows 11 in monochrome and try to decode the pwg I get thge following error:

java.io.IOException: Too many lines (read 305, expected 128)
at com.hp.jipp.pdl.pwg.PackBits.decode(PackBits.kt:187)

monochromeWindows.pwg.zip

I could succesfully open the file with https://www.msweet.org/rasterview/
Attached ist the file I used for printing
