No 'Bouw Gestart' status anymore

As already mentioned the statusses have been updated and a 'Bouw Gestart' building is not in the bounding box anymore. At this moment 'Pand in gebruik' (most), 'Pand in gebruik (niet ingemeten)' and 'Verbouwing pand' (both 1 building) are present. We could make the bounding box Wageningen, then it should be quite stable for the future (171598.4,440816.5, 177045.0,443995.2). I am not authorized to the project, so i cannot make merge a pull request...
