an svg graphic (phone) inside wellknown graphic (circle), the phone is relatively bigger in geoserver then in qgis

in sld phone has a size of 26 (7mm in qgis) and circle of 38 (10mm in qgis)

maybe this is related to something we observed before, geoserver seems to apply the size to the actual vector in the svg (or font) where qgis applies the size to the 'page' on which the vector is drawn
