With the launch of Code.gov, perhaps this code (and the associated website (http://gsa.github.io/github-federal-stats/index.html) should be deprecated / marked as "Archived" in GitHub?

@IanLee1521 can this stay up until we include it or something similar to Code.gov. If it's decided to be archived obviously 😄
