Blank Open dialog to configure - GNS3 3.0.0a4

Describe the bug
When clicking on open dialog to configure it opens a blank dialog.

GNS3 version and operating system (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows 11 Pro
• GNS3 version 3.0.0 alpha 4
• GNS3.VM.VMware.Workstation.3.0.0a4.zip

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Access to gns3 web and create a new project.
2. Click on + (Add a node).
3. Click on Open dialog to configure.
4. It opens a blank dialog form without any content.

Additional context
The info and errors in the Chrome inspector are:

1. A form field element should have an id or name attribute
2. Incorrect use of <label for=FORM_ELEMENT>

I have tested on Chrome and Firefox with the same results.

I confirm the reported issue is present. Using also GNS3 version 3.0.0 alpha 4.
This issue is related to the web-ui not GNS3 desktop client so might need to be moved here https://github.com/GNS3/gns3-web-ui
