WB Data catalog metadata display

This example webpage shows how RDLS [loss] metadata can show in the WB data catalog.
Add suggested changes to this issue please.

We should hold off field changes until new schema version can be included.
But, helpful to review which fields might be in additional Info versus the H/V/E/L specific section (should labelling even be H/V/E/L?) and where does the Standard top-level information go to?
