GMAO researcher @jli-99 have successfully implemented an ML correction bias system. They need now to bring it back online in GEOS.

Interface point is within GEOS_mkiauGridComp::Run

We will implement an CFFI based interface with bogus data to show how it's done and deliver to the researcher for further work.

  • Modify cmake to build cffi-based SO bridge
  • Implement an A-Z: pass down input/output buffer, modify in python, check in Fortran
