I saw a 97 today. While the operatingMode was "Cycle Active". Nothing seems to be wrong... |
The error 97 code persisted past the cycle ending and the dishwasher going into and out of standby mode. Nothing seems to be wrong. |
97 persisted a few days then became 96. |
@Hixie Error code 97 and 96 are for "Absent Heat Source" and "No Water in Tub" respectively. The Absent Heat Source is set when the temperature of the tub is not detected at a required level at a required point in time several consecutive cycles in a row. The No Water in Tub was an experimental error code. Both error codes are informational for service technicians and the unit will run as intended regardless of the error code state. |
Operating mode 11 is actually "machine control only" mode, not an invalid connection.
