A custom admin contract to introduce the ability to stake G7 token on Arbitrum One on behalf of a user or pay gas when they stake into a pool.

We want to be able to pay for gas on behalf of the staker, but when the staking position is non-transferable, the NFT will be associated with the payee of the gas since the are the sender of the transaction.
