For Arbitrum one, the official circle USDC implementation is not configured in the canonical bridge
If you use the https://bridge.arbitrum.io/ you going to see that they use the Circle crosschain protocol to bridge USDC
i have one example here using arbitrum bridge: https://sepolia.arbiscan.io/tx/0x4f341f64aa9143221346f41731f893c0eee8f3943c435c2ea7f82ac1326a1682
this is a “withdrawal” transaction using Circle crosschain messaging
